That was years ago, and they changed their urls and site structure since then and have probably made sure we couldn't pull anything like that any more. Or press the big green "+" icon on the side bar and navigate to the directory where your mod is, then import the mod. Inccidentally, that mod was the max squad size mod and frankly it's pretty bad when it comes to use with other mods, in that it is not a "smart install" and has to replace an entire .ini file.
